 Damian

A Royal Marines Commando (RM) for over 22 years he specialized as a Weapons and Tactics Instructor and has subsequently worked for the Police, in civil aviation and the UK Emergency services. One of the founding members of CSRED he brings the skills and experience gained from operating, training and instructing not only within the UK but around the world. “Clear, simple and direct” is the way.

Richard

A former member of the Royal Air Force, Richard has spent more than 35 years training individuals and groups in combative training. Many of these groups have been within the military, police and security sectors in the UK and throughout the World. Richard is now a full time Combatives Instructor and the other founding member of CSRED its ideas, concepts and continued evolvement.

Nigel

Nigel brings a large amount of operational skill, experience and expertise as an instructor to the team. He has spent 30 years in the Police specialising in intelligence gathering and covert operations.  He has operated alone or as part of a close knit operational unit, both nationally and internationally, i.e. Iraq. Prior to this Nigel served as an instructor within the Royal Marines Commandos for 12 years specialising as an Assault Engineer.  Nigel is also a qualified First Person On Scene medic and trauma manager.

Martin

A highly qualified operational instructor Martin brings many skills to the team. 13 years spent as a Royal Marines Commando specialising instructing tactics and weapons thereafter Martin moved into a career in the Police. There he specialised as Firearms Officer, Unarmed Defence Tactics Trainer, member of the elite armed Hostage Rescue Team and the Police Dynamic Intervention Unit. He has instructed internationally to foreign Police Officers in hostile environments such as the Middle East.

 Glenn

 Having joined the Ambulance Service in 1995 Glenn brings all his knowledge and skill in dealing in isolated, stressful and potentially hazardous situations to the team.  His experience is highly valued having worked within the City of London Ambulance service and now as an Air Ambulance Paramedic. Operating as a lone worker he is used to dealing with difficult individuals and de-scalating situations without any immediate back up or support. Prior to this Glenn worked as a security manager within the Financial world.
